We speak to former justice secretary David Gauke about the state of the UK's prisons.

He says: "The current difficulty is that, essentially, we're running out of spaces.

"The prison population is growing pretty quickly and we have not got spare capacity, and we are within weeks or maybe days of essentially no longer having any spaces."

He adds that the "state of our prisons is not good" and not enough rehabilitation is going on.
