Justice Secretary, Alex Chalk MP, says that the UK's carbon reduction targets are "far more ambitious" than the rest of the EU.

Mr Chalk said that increasing payments for ground source heat pumps and the existence of the Climate Change Committee in Parliament was reassurance enough that the government was committed to net zero and taking action on climate change, and was no rowing back.
