Home Secretary James Cleverly says the UK is working on a "legally binding treaty" to comply with the Supreme Court ruling on the government's Rwanda deportation plan.

He pointed to the fact the UNHCR has a "relationship with Rwanda" and has "hosted refugees on behalf of the United Nations".
