The Home Secretary James Cleverly is set to deliver a statement in the Commons as a new draft bill has been published as part of the government's efforts to save its Rwanda deportation policy, after the Supreme Court ruled it to be unlawful.

This comes after yesterday's signing of a new treaty with Rwanda on a visit to Kigali.
