Shadow Climate Change and Net Zero Secretary Ed Miliband says the government needs to get a plan together urgently, to ensure the safe evacuation of UK citizens while the ceasefire holds in Sudan.

Mr Miliband also criticised the Illegal Migration Bill ahead of its report stage, saying "you need secure borders and you need a proper system in place".
