A group of overseas students have launched legal proceedings against the Home Office.

The group claim they were wrongly accused of cheating in English language tests they were required to take to renew their study visas.

Abdul Qadir Mohammed explains how the Home Office accused him of cheating in the government-approved English language test before sending him a deportation letter.

In a statement the Home Office said: "Courts have consistently found the evidence was sufficient to take the action we did."
