Over a quarter of a million young people in England are still waiting for support after being referred to mental health services last year. Professionals are trying alternative approaches, including prescribing physical activity.

Sky News correspondent Shingi Mararike reports on one such programme designed to boost the wellbeing of young people in Rochdale.
