Labour's Jonathan Ashworth MP says "there is a process in place" when asked by Trevor Phillips if the whip should be restored to former Labour MP Diane Abbott.

Mr Ashworth also says that the government's Rwanda scheme is a "gimmick" and could end up costing "£2m per person to get on these flights."
