The Qatari foreign minister has hit out at what he described as the "double standards" of the international community in condemning neither the killing of children in Gaza, nor Israel cutting off the water supply and electricity.

Sky's Dominic Waghorn says negotiations to secure the release of more hostages from Gaza are continuing, according to Qatari mediators, but they could be jeopardised by an Israeli ground offensive.
