Doctors at Al-Shifa Hospital said the last of their fuel would run out in three or four days, causing a deadly disaster and leaving the neonatal units in "crisis".

The Israeli government cut off water, food, fuel and electricity to the blockaded Gaza Strip in response to an attack by Hamas militants.
