As the first trucks carrying aid rolled into Gaza, dozens of Palestinians remained stuck in Gaza unable to escape the war-torn territory where clean water and fuel have started to run dry.

Israel has told aid agencies they cannot send supplies to northern Gaza, despite residents facing "desperate" situations with burns victims left without clean dressings in Gaza City.
