Palestinians have continued to flee northern Gaza to the south as Israel conducts its ground offensive, and a British-Palestinian surgeon in Gaza has rejected Israel's claims that Hamas has been using hospitals as bases.

Sky's Cordelia Lynch reports on the situation on the ground in Gaza from Jerusalem - as the number of Palestinians killed has risen to 11,078, according to the Hamas-led health ministry.
