Rex Heuermann, a Long Island architect, is charged with murder in 3 of the 11 killings known as the Gilgo Beach murders and police have labeled him a "prime suspect" in another one.

Court documents allege a phone belonging to one of the murder victims was used to "taunt" the woman's family.
