Former chancellor Nadhim Zahawi says the diversity of the government is illustrative of "modern Britain" under the Tories.

His comments to Sophy Ridge came on the day home secretary Suella Braverman told the Conservative Party conference the country was facing a "hurricane" of migration.

Mr Zahawi said there was "much to be proud of" in terms of what the Conservatives had delivered on migration and Ms Braverman had behaved "responsibily".
