Home Plate is back! This time, MLB Europe’s food critic at large Will Hughes has been sent to Philadelphia and New York ahead of the MLB World Tour: London Series when the Mets take on the Phillies in June 2024.

On the first leg of this year’s Home Plate tour, Willy is taught how to make an authentic Philly Cheesesteak by local legend Geno, and creates his very own Willy Cheesesteak. He then drops into Reading Terminal Market to visit Tommy DiNic’s for some roast pork. Willy rounds off his day with a stop at Federal Donuts for some donuts and chicken.
