A 15-year-old has been arrested on allegations he murdered U.S. Military Veteran Angela Sutton Washington in Orlando, Florida. Orlando police said Washington was shot and killed while shopping on February 7. Officers identified the suspect as Samuel Stevens, charging him with first-degree murder with a firearm.
