Jonathan Ashworth MP, the new Shadow Paymaster General, says schools minister Nick Gibb's admission over unsafe concrete is the "most significant moment of the day".

Mr Gibb told Kay Burley the Department of Education put in a bid to rebuild 200 schools but the Prime Minister agreed to 50.
