US President Joe Biden has said Israel was starting to lose support "by the indiscriminate bombing that takes place".

The UN General Assembly voted overwhelmingly to call for an immediate ceasefire between Israel and Hamas with 153 of 193 member states supporting a ceasefire in Gaza.
