Sky Correspondent, Alex Crawford, says that the flooding in Kherson is an "enormous disaster" and a "huge potential war crime" of flood, shelling and terror experienced by the people there.

She speaks to German firefighter Nils Thal, while observing that foreign helpers on the ground are largely thin on the group given the difficulties.
