The attack on the Dnipro river dam and subsequent devastating flood, will make attacking Russia "more difficult" for Ukraine, according to Senior Fellow for Land Welfare Ben Barry.

However, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the breach of the Kakhovka dam will not impact Ukraine's drive to recapture its own territory.
