There's a high chance of development for Invest 93L, a tropical system trekking toward the Gulf of Mexico, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Forecasters have said the storm could impact Florida.

In the meantime, Tropical Storm Franklin is expected to strengthen into Hurricane Franklin as it approaches Bermuda.
