Titanic expert Paul-Henri "P.H." Nargeolet was among the five people killed when the Titan submersible imploded while carrying tourists to the wreckage of the Titanic.

His close friend, oceanographer Dr. David Gallo joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss Nargeolet and what happened.

The other passengers killed have been identified by the U.S. Coast Guard as OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, British adventurer Hamish Harding and father & son Shahzada and Suleman Dawood.

An investigation continues into the cause of the implosion.
