The Tennessee House voted on to expel two Democratic lawmakers, Representatives Justin Jones and Justin Pearson, from the state legislature one week after they participated in a gun control protest at the state capitol.

Democratic Representative Gloria Johnson was also up for possible expulsion, but the vote failed after falling one vote short.
