The Tennessee House voted to expel two Democratic lawmakers, Reps. Justin Jones and Justin Pearson, from the state Legislature for their role in a gun control protest following the deadly school shooting in Nashville, TN.

A vote to expel a third Democrat, Rep. Gloria Johnson, failed. Falling short by one vote.

The "Tennessee Three" spoke together in a press conference following the expulsion vote in the house.
