Nick Thomas Symonds, the Shadow International Trade Secretary, joined Sophy Ridge to discuss the evacuation plans for British nationals who remain in Sudan.

He stressed that government will have "work internationally" to help come to a solution, and enforced that "the UK still has quite remarkable diplomatic clout around the world".
