In the midst of a drug crisis, Sky's Mark Stone has travelled to Kyle, to the south of Austin, Texas, to investigate the impact of fentanyl, a drug that’s killing Americans in record numbers on the community.

The local police chief and a school nurse have witnessed the devastating effects of the opioid epidemic firsthand, including the loss of five students since the previous summer.

Despite the efforts of law enforcement, who have seized quantities of the deadly drug, Sergeant Tommy Villanueva has admitted they are not winning the battle.
