Baby formula has risen in cost exponentially, with families feeling forced to buy open tubs of formula, access baby banks in desperation, and, in some cases, steal.

The British Pregnancy Advice Service tells Sky News' Tom Parmenter that this issue is a scandal putting the UK on the brink of a public health crisis.
