Sky's Middle East correspondent Alistair Bunkall is one of the first journalists to be given access to Khan Younis by the Israel Defence Forces since the Israel-Hamas war began.

On the surface, there was no sign of civilian life, while below ground he was shown a cell Israeli forces claim was used to hold hostages seized on 7 October.
