Shocking scenes in Gaza hospital as IDF moves into Khan Younis

Gaza's health officials say the Nasser hospital in southern Gaza is being overwhelmed by casualties as the IDF expands its war on Hamas into the south of the Strip.

The injured - many of them children - are being treated on the floor in unsanitary conditions, with the hospital out of beds and out of space.

Israel says it is expanding its operations after a truce deal with Hamas ended last week.

Gaza's Hamas-run health ministry says more than 15,800 people have been killed in Israel's retaliatory campaign, including about 6,000 children.
