Shadow cabinet office minister Nick Thomas-Symonds says that Labour would not be able to match 35% uplift wage demands from junior doctors if elected.

Nick Thomas-Symonds says the government needs to "get back around the table" to solve the strike and do the "hard work" of negotiation with the BMA junior doctors committee.
