The new Ofgem code of practice has banned the forced installation of prepayment energy meters for over 85s. The new guidelines further requires energy firms to try to contact a customer at least ten times and do a "site welfare visit" before they can forcibly install a prepayment meter.

Sky's Becky Johnson speaks to people who had prepayment meters fitted and finds out why charities think the rules do not protect 'enough people'.
