Four people are dead and two children, ages 2 and 13, are injured after a mass shooting in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The suspected shooter is in custody. The 40-year-old man was armed with an AR-style rifle, a handgun, extra ammunition and he was wearing a bulletproof vest, according to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw.
Police said two people are in custody, including suspected gunman.
