Sky's Jacquie Beltrao sat down with the two-time Olympic gold medallist Dame Kelly Holmes, who spoke about what it was like coming out at the age of 52 and the highs and the lows of her military and sporting career.

Holmes says she suffered a bit of trauma which led her to 'a life of mental health problems'; between 'being happy with myself, being injured and wanting sport to be the thing that fulfilled her'.
