Dame Kelly Holmes has addressed new "shocking" statistics that show 60% of people's physical health and 59% of people's mental health is "suffering because of the cost of living crisis".

The double Olympic champion also shared she's "had a lot of mental health problems" related to feeling inactive, and encouraged people to "make a conscious decision to change" their lifestyles.
