U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg visits the site of the fiery Interstate 95 collapse in Philadelphia to me with local officials. A tanker truck fire caused the collapse on Sunday. Buttigieg said the federal government is committed to assisting with reconstruction. He says the collapse will have major economic impacts along the East Coast, as the damaged segment carries 160,000 vehicles daily.
