New CBI Director-General Rain Newton-Smith said she is "really confident" the business lobby group can survive scandal, but admitted there is much work to do to regain trust.

Ms Newton-Smith told Sky's Business correspondent Paul Kelso: "It's not going to be the same CBI that we've seen over the past few weeks for sure, it's not going to be the same organisation. We have to completely change and we will."
