Secret recordings obtained by Sky News have renewed pressure on the former boss of the Post Office Paula Vennells ahead of her appearance at the public inquiry into the Horizon scandal.

New evidence appears to show that she had been briefed back in 2013 that the
tech firm Fujitsu did have access to change sub postmaster accounts remotely.
