U.S. forces launched additional strikes against Houthi anti-ship missiles prepared to launch against vessels in the Red Sea, officials said.

"This action will protect freedom of navigation and make international waters safer and more secure for U.S. Navy and merchant vessels," Centcom said.

In the past 24 hours, the U.S. has launched airstrikes in three different countries in the Middle East.
