Met Police 'could have missed more murders', warns watchdog after Stephen Port failings

According to a report by His Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services, the Met has not learned from its failings into the investigation of serial killer Stephen Port.

Speaking to Sky News this morning, HMICFRS inspector Matt Parr discussed these findings and highlighted the problems within the Met that have led to the watchdog reaching this conclusion.
