Maui County officials held another update after releasing the names of 388 people unaccounted for since the deadly August 8 wildfires. The list released by Maui County is the first one to be made public. The FBI says those names have been verified and only account for a portion of the people who are potentially missing.
The official death toll stands at 115 right now, with 46 of those victims identified.
Maui County also says its suing the Hawaiian Electric Company over the fires in Lahaina.
