Rishi Sunak's desire to improve the nation's numeracy is a personal mission, according to Sky's political editor Beth Rigby.

Giving her analysis after the Prime Minister's speech, she said he's developed a reputation in Whitehall for his detailed grasp of the numbers behind the policies, but there's a risk his ambition could collide with reality.
