Labour urges 'much stronger ban' on zombie knives

Yvette Cooper, the shadow home secretary, has urged the government to push forward a "much stronger ban" on zombie knives, as new legislation is introduced.

The new law aims "close the loophole" on outlawing the weapons, and stop some retailers being able to sell dangerous knives and machetes without breaking the law.

However, Ms Cooper says this does not go far enough.
