Labour: Shadow chancellor 'confident' in filling £5bn spending gap

Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves has told Sky News she's confident that Labour's plans to fill a £5bn pound gap in spending are doable.

Ms Reeves said she would overhaul the HMRC if Labour won the election, creating a panel to advise her on making tax compliance easier.

She also said she had complete trust in her colleague Angela Rayner, who has been accused of dodging tax on a house sale, which she denies.
