Dr Parth Patel has spoken ahead of Sir Keir Starmer's speech in which he's expected to set out his vision for the future of the NHS, which is currently struggling under the pressure of huge waiting lists.

Saying that transforming the NHS is "a really tall order", Dr Patel asks whether Labour are capable of creating "a country where everyone has the chance to grow old in good health".
