Labour: Migrant barges are a 'ridiculous gimmick'

Jess Phillips, Labour's shadow domestic violence minister, has reacted to the government's plans to house asylum seekers on barges.

She told Sky News' Kay Burley this is "just another ridiculous gimmick", adding "this is - excuse the pun - a tiny drop in the ocean, and they should get on with clearing the backlog of the 166,000 cases".
