Israel vs Hamas today: Hamas says it has accepted a ceasefire proposal from Egypt and Qatar.

Hamas Chief Ismail Haniyeh said in a statement 'Hamas informed Qatar's prime minister and Egypt's intelligence chief of its acceptance of their proposal.

Israeli Defense Forces ordered about 100,000 Palestinians to begin evacuating form the city of Rafah.
