HS2: 'No final decision has been made', insists net zero secretary

Energy security and net zero secretary Claire Coutinho has told Sky News that "no final decision has been made" on HS2 but insisted that the government had been investing in infrastructure "across the country and particularly the north for the last ten years."

When asked if the Conservative party was going back to a future with Liz Truss, Ms Coutinho said she was "very happy with the current prime minister" and she thinks everyone else is as well.
