The cost of replacing a boiler could go up significantly next year, as manufacturers say they will increase prices to cover the cost of a government scheme which aims to boost a transition to clean energy.

Companies who don't sell enough heat pumps will be fined from April under the Clean Heat Market Mechanism however critics have described the price rises as a cynical attempt to boost profit margins as Sky's Adele Robinson explains.
