Police in New York said a suspect is under arrest in connection with the fatal stabbing of Brooklyn activist Ryan Carson, which happened in front of his girlfriend at a bus stop. Brian Dowling is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The victim, Ryan Carson was waiting at a bus stop with his girlfriend, when the suspect charged the couple before being stabbing Carson in the chest, killing him.
