Las Vegas officials announced an arrest in Tupac Shakur's 1996 murder. Duane "Keffe D" Davis was indicted on the charge of open murder with use of a deadly weapon along with a gang enhancement, prosecutors revealed during a press conference. Davis was arrested while on a walk near his home in Henderson, Nevada.
